Good computer build?

Solution
It'll do, but the FX 6300 is only $15 dollars more on amazon. That's two extra cores for $15 bucks ;). You could also get a custom CPU cooler for $30 or and overclock if you want to. But you don't really have to. The FX 6300 would do just fine.

Do you want to stick with the RAM and GPU? 16GB of RAM will give you no benefit in gaming, only in certain areas like video editing. On the other hand, if you downgrade to 8GB and spend the money for a faster GPU your performance will increase linearly . The faster your GPU the faster your overall performance.

The AMD A-series of CPUs has worse performance but a decent integrated GPU. Since you have a very good dedicated GPU the A-series will cost you more money for a feature you won't need. Replace the CPU with an FX-series model. Downgrade to 8GB of RAM and get a faster GPU instead. The 760 you listed is awefully expensive; you can get an overclocked 770 for that price at amazon:

Also what PSU are you gonna get?

EDIT: just saw that you are from Australia. Now idea about the prices there. The other points still stand though. Get an FX CPU and downgrade RAM for better CPU/GPU
