Cpu fan doesn't spin

Suddenly my gpu fans started spinning on 100% and my screen turned black, powered off my pc the hard way and now it won't start up, everything spins/works for a second except for my cpu fan. After a second power will be gone and I'll have to wait a while to be able to power up the system to let the same happen again.

System specs:
Xfx pro 550w
B75 pro 3m
Palit gtx 770
I5 3350p
8gb of ram

Took out your GTX 770, and then try to power up your system.
Put your monitor on mobos connector. What is happening?

Tried what you tolld me to, nothing has changed except for having power for three instead of one second. Cpu fan still doesn't spin. Which part would cause this? I'm not sure since both the cooler and the psu arent working.

Probably your PSU is gone.
