Huge pink stuck pixels on monitor?

They're huge. tried various methods (such as the pressure method + flashing colours) to clear them up but only made them worse, any solutions? buying a new monitor is the next step, just seeing if there's anything I can do to salvage it. The monitor is a BenQ FP937s.Thanks in advance.

Are you sure its the monitor and not a graphics card issue?
You don't say what other steps you've taken to troubleshoot so I'll list the most common solutions:
Swap the video cable for another: DVI for HDMI for example, or try another DVI cable.
Switch outputs on the graphics card.
If the system has onboard graphics try using them instead of the graphics card.
Try hooking the display to another machine or perhaps a console.

I just tried hooking it up to my laptop, and the same blotches appear.

agree with coozie7,
just pull out your gpu and clean the pcie slot nicely, also might wanna clean gold contacts on gpu.
