In Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 I notice at long distances some parts of the map are show shimmering objects. There're jagged objects and many graphical glitch. Some lamp lights go on and off rapidly. Everything is ULTRA and MAXED OUT (except Scale Resolution is 100). Is this normal? Is there anyway to get rid of it? I mean the game looks absolutely stunning but these small things frustrate me.
Far Cry 3 has more graphical glitches than BF3 and BF4.
CoD: Ghosts has sound glitches as the sound come and go. (It's MAXED OUT)
Total War ROME II is completely unplayable.
In general, all my games have micro-lags, fps is 60 though. In all the movies of the games, they lag a lot.

    intel Core i5 3570K
    Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB
    ASUS P8Z77-V LX
    Two Monitors (40inch + 32inch)(1080p for both)
    PSU: Antec VP550P 550W
    RAM: G.skill 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz
    Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit
    Nvidia Driver: 332.21

Glitches example on BioShock Infinite: VIDEO
(NOTE: FPS sticks to 60fps except on glitchs/lags moment it goes around 20~30 and goes up again)

Hey! There's a new driver for NVvidia. Try upgrading it first. I had the same problem with u before. I just simply downgraded my system to win 7 and everything is fine.
