  1. I also couldn't find any. You need an Intel solution if mATX and CrossfireX/SLI is required.
  2. could you please give me the name of this motherboard then and also
give the name of the cpu that has the same power as the fx-8320
  3. If it's for gaming, then an i5-4670K should be better (and more expensive) than the FX-8320.

ASUS MAXIMUS VI GENE LGA 1150 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131975
    ASRock Z87M Extreme4 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157373
    MSI Z87M GAMING http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130737

You should read the reviews and double-check the specifications on manufacturer's site. CrossFireX/SLI support can be expensive.

How much more expensive is the i5-4670k

You'll have to check the price yourself as I don't know where you are located or what store you'll buy from, but expect it to be approximately $80. You also have other options like a slower and not overclockable i5-4430 that's $50 cheaper than the i5-4670K, but it would be slower. There's a whole range of i5 processors to choose from. You don't have much choice if you need SLI and a micro ATX motherboard.
