What's the point of a "GHz edition" card when i can just over clock myself?

Welcome to the wonderful world of marketing! :kikou:

Not everyone is willing to take the time and effort to DIY, so companies offer a ready made solution for those unwilling to learn. Kinda like ordering a burger at McD's - get it their way instantly, or special order and wait.

The GHz edition cards are usually better binned chips as well, so that they can sustain that OC. Depending on how lucky you get, sometimes you cant get anywhere near what the GHz edition cards would boost to.
