I could use some help anyone. I purchased a bare bones system and the basic pieces are z87a, i5-4670, ultra LSP 650. I connected everything and started to run my bios. I went to the advanced screen and started to freak out because my cpu temp keeps running from 70 and goes up to 90 ! All my fans are running but I am not sure where to go from here. Should I connect my fans to the pci-e for more voltage from the PCU or is the motherboard giving the fans enough power but something else is wrong ? Also to note is the fact that only 3 of 4 fans are registering in bios but all 4 are working. 2 case fans, i cpu fan, and 1 pcu fan. Also my case fans are 3 prong but the motherboard has 4 prong male adaptors, not sure if that makes a difference or not. I can upload photos if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am over my head. lol....

I looked up and the PCU I have the Ultra Professional LSP series V2 Professional 650. I can look at my bios, but what info lines do I need to check to see if the PCU is indeed not providing enough power for the fans ?

Thanks again

you must look at +12v, +3,3v, and +5v at harware monitor section in bios settings.
for instance, possitive voltages max and min tolerance is 5% of their nominal values:
it means for instance at +12v rail, +11,40v minimun, and +12,60v max is the tolerance.
So you want to see +12v outputs delivering +12v, not +13v or +11v
