I'm building my new system and planing to have an small storage capacity Sata III SSD dedicated for windows (80GB) and a large hard drive for data.
Is there any differences between SSD's for that purpose? because prices are. I'm, considering Corsair or OSZ.

You REALLY don't want one that small, as Dizzy mentioned just installing Windows and Office Suite alone is 40GB. When you hit 50% or more on a SSD, the performance drops significantly. You will always spend MORE on the SSD ($150 for a 125GB for example) as compared to a HDD (1TB for $79).

Stick with the Samsung EVO, and use the Magician Wizard with it as there is MANY little tweaks that will burn up / eat up the SSD if you don't apply them which the Magician wizard primarily takes care of.

Read/Write speeds are different, in the fact that the technology is different than others, as well as software that would come with them. For example, Samsung SSDs, from best to worst in terms of read/write speed, go 840 Pro>840 Evo>840. It also depends on the model of SSD from either company, so if you could list that, it would be beneficial. However, for the most part, Corsair SSD's tend to have a higher read/write speed, but once again it depends on model.

I would also look at the Kingston brand. Get at least an SSD with 120-128GB. You can install the OS, essential apps such as Java, Adobe Reader, Ms Office etc on the ssd. This will take up at lease 50GB. It will leave you enough room for other apps, Windows Updates, and misc files in the future.
