my specification:
intel dh55tc mobo
intel core i3 530 1st generation
450w psu
500gb sata hdd
nvidia geforce gt 630 4gb ddr3
2 rams working on single channel mode.....
zion 4gb ddr3 1333mhz ,,non ecc,, unbuffered,,timing frequency-9-9-9-24,,latency-6,8,9,,,1.5volt (blue coloured slot)
hynix semiconductor 2gb ddr3 1333mhz,,non ecc,,unbuffered,,timing frequency-9-9-9-24,,latency-6,7,8,9,,,1.5 volts (black coloured slot)

Okay first off you shouldn't mix mem types like that, you want (Dual Channel) to have the EXACT SAME sticks in both channels (why you see them listed as 2x4GB or 2x2GB) to avoid conflicts, which maybe the latency is causing the issue being different between each.

Second 2GB and 1st Gen i3 ? OMG your system needs to be replaced there is no 'upgrade' anymore your at the end of life for that system, you certainly can't play the new stuff (BF4, etc.) won't work because the demands EXCEED your systems ability (reason for all the issues).

This system was fine 'basic entry level' years ago but you (like I am with my i7-740Q) are at your end and need to replace the system totally. Good news the costs aren't that bad, and if you want a gamer's PC you can do it 'on the cheap'. For example you can get a brand new Haswell i7 for only $600 (http://slickdeals.net/f/6657778-lenovo-h530-desktop-pc-core-i7-4770-3-4ghz-haswell-8gb-ddr3-1tb-hdd-wifi-n-dvdrw-usb-3-hdmi-win-8-599-90-free-shipping-staples), upgrade the PSU ($90 for a 600W) then spend on a video card ($149-$499) and you got a kick ass rig for a long time.

I know some will say "why by a i7 get a i5", well that was true before these deals where the i5 will be $500, and for only $100 you get 8 hyperthread Cores instead of 4-6 on a i5, which means you have more 'CPU' room when BF4 gets demanding (AND YES IT GETS VERY CPU HOGGING). NO you can't keep the 630, it is too low end, minimally would be a 670 and that be pushing it, and many cards need more then a cheapo installed 450W PSU (which actually may be undervolting to as low as 325W in reality).
