will the components listed in the title fit in a
corsair graphite 230T window?
asking because there is no specification on the cpu cooler height.

Those will fit with room to spare. The m12ii 620w is 160mm long, the asus gtx 770 (whether you get the 2GB or the 4GB model) is 10.7 inches = 271.78mm (or up to 273mm if they rounded to the nearest 1/10th inch), and the max gpu length for that case is 320mm.
