So my card is clocked at 1000 and 1300 for the memory.
And i've ran BF4 and i get consistently lower frames than other people ( Using mantle too )
I've dipped down to 30's on some maps on Ultra preset and vert sync on.
So i benchmarked my card using unigine valley, and got the score of -2307- is this an averagescore for an r9 290?

And is there a website where i can compare my unigine valley score to other people's rigs.
Thanks for you time :)

Disable vsync and see if that helps. You may get screen tearing then though, hopefully not. I'm guessing you have it on, that would be the quickest fix! Cheers!
Here's a detailed post of why vsynch can be a culprit this way if you care to understand:

Want to know if you still get fps dips and what you average fps is in BF4 on ultra preset. Even on mantle, my 290 Tri-X is dipping below 60fps at times, and it is so irritating as people tell me I should be above 70 a ajority of the time...
