Best graphics card compatible with 550Watt PSU and my other components

Looking to upgrade my graphics card to the best card considering overclocking even though i wont (just to be on the safe side) with these limitations:

No, it doesn't. Your only concern is case space. I have a mid sized and the biggest 770 I could fit was the PNY OC edition, which is 10.5" long. My case could not accommodate the 11" and up, and a lot of the 770s are that big. You may want to measure or check your case specs to make sure.
