Hello,

I'm moving from my AMD 4170 to an intel i5 4670k. Now I need a new motherboard and do not have a lot of cash so i'm buying a budget motherboard.

Now is this motherboard:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/P8H61-MX-USB3-Motherboard-Express-Gigabit/dp/B008LZO7LO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1391880225&sr=8-1&keywords=intel+motherboard

compatable with this:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Graphics-BX80646I74770-Generation-Technology/dp/B00CO8TBOW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1391873252&sr=8-1&keywords=i5+4670k

if not I would greatly appreshate someone linking me a cheap intel motherboard that would be.

Thanks in advance Brandon.

WARNING WILL ROBINSON: If this is a Dell/Gateway/etc. your Windows WILL NOT WORK. Windows sold with a OEM is tied ONLY to that Mobo/CPU, you can NOT transfer it, and it actually will refuse to boot Windows because "HEY this isn't a AMD 4170, etc. computer".

If your stuck that way your best bet is to just buy a new PC. Plenty of deals out there especially as you have your eye on a Haswell, but you can't do it for like $300-400US or such for a 'gaming' PC. Normally you need to budget around $700US. You can pick up (for general use) a simple i3 at Walmart for $249 (same prices for the laptop too), of course you all have the VAT which will increase these costs.

Good deal...

Good deal http://slickdeals.net/f/6657778-lenovo-h530-desktop-pc-core-i7-4770-3-4ghz-haswell-8gb-ddr3-1tb-hdd-wifi-n-dvdrw-usb-3-hdmi-win-8-599-90-free-shipping-staples then upgrade the GPU ($149-$499) and PSU (600W $99). probably find some deals like that on PC Pick Parts as well.
