The basics:
Download and Run SPECCY post them and the temps IDLE?
Install MSI AFTERBURNER, if your playing games or other 3D apps, what are your temps?
Dust out the vents with canned air, then use a paint brush on the vents, fans, grills, etc.
What AV do you use? If none or if MSE (remove Microsoft Security Essentials) go to www.filehippo.com and install then run a FULL SCAN with AVAST! or AVG.
Download and run FULL SCAN with MALWAREBYTES (Malware is different then viruses!!! )
Download and run Slim Drivers, and see if you have all the latest drivers

is it a pre built or one you just built. if it one you just build check that the bios file on the mb is up to date and with cpu-z check that the ram is set to run at the right speed. use a boot disk and run memtest86 see if you have bad stick of ram.

Thank you. Am also sorry to say that this is a very thin Samsung PC which I have the guts to open, less than a year old. So am surprised how come it has a hardware fault if I understand what you just said.

Here is the PC photo, any other options I have?
