hi I'm new to this pc building and i wanted to know if all these parts are good for the price and if they will work good together because my friend told me the cpu would get fried by the motherboard and that the water-cooling wouldn't work so i need an alternative or instructions how to use it.

Solution
Your board has a list of supported cpu's and the one you picked is listed. So that works.

The video card is PCI-E X16 and works with the board.

The case is big enough for the board.

The hard drive and SSD work with the board.

The power supply has plenty of power.

The liquid cooler installs over the cpu just like a heatsink and then its rad mounts in the rear fan location on the case(it can also be placed in the top of the case as an exhaust if you wish).

Corsair tends to recommend installing the cooler as an intake. So it would be back of case, fan(intake) -> Rad.

Now a liquid cooler may slightly cover the top fan. In all honestly unless you are pushing some real high clocks(at this point the smaller H60 may not keep up anyway)...
