Yeah that is a really nice build except for the psu. Now its up to him if he wants atx or mini itx.

No dont change it to a 290. The 780 is better then the 290X!! And it can handle sli and everything else.

No thats a bad build. Because it doesnt have an ssd the case is unheard of lol, and the psu is terrible. Its the cheapest one.
