CPU: Amd Phenom II X4 955
Motherboard: Asus M4A79XTD EVO
Ram: Corsair XMS3 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1333
GPU: Asus Geforce gtx 550
Cases: Cooler Master Praetorian 730
PS: Thermaltake 600W
Windows 7 ultimate

I was thinking of building something like.

You could reuse your old ram,
a to expensive cooler imo,
a to expensive motherboard imo,

look at something like this,

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($209.00 @ Canada Computers)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master TPC 812 86.2 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($39.99 @ Memory Express)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($139.99 @ Memory Express)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($181.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card ($524.99 @ NCIX)
Total: $1095.95
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

What model is your psu?
Thermaltake aren't among the best you can get.
Your build is about $150 more expensive,so that gives room for an upgrade there too.

Ypu could go for a gtx 770 too and keep the difference in price in your pocket or go for an upgrade of your case too.

That series,=TR2,is under tier 5 in the next list,
http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
it says above tier 5;"Other than the units listed above for any of these brands, NOT RECOMMENDED. Replace ASAP if you have one. ",so i think you better replace your psu as well.
If you want me to look for a psu or another who reads this thread let us know and also tell us if you want to go for sli/crossfire in the future.

Seems ok, but I would consider getting 1600mhz + for RAM.

I understand that, but the ts has already 16gb's of ram and to spend money for just a small speed upgrade seems to me a waste of money or Sylvanos235 should be able to sell his current ram at a nice price second hand.

Ah, I thought he was going to by RAM. Then definitely it's not worth to buy just for a little difference in mhz's.

This includes your old ram?

That case doesn't support the h110 afaik. It does support the h100i.
With just one card will my choice for a psu be enough.
I see an o.s. too?

My build has a gtx 780 in it for less! That's without the extra components you've added.

The 600t supports 240mm rads according to corsair,the h110 is a 280mm rad.
http://www.corsair.com/pc-cases/graphite-series-pc-case...
quote;"If that weren’t enough, you can remove the top panel 200mm fan and install a 240mm radiator

650watts is enough for that pc with just one gpu at full load.

If you think you know better that's fine with me,but you shouldn't have to opened a thread here if that was the case.

Good luck.
