Looks fine to me. I would get win 8.1 simply because it is newer and has better support from Microsoft and it proven to be faster.

This will play at high settings comfortably not medium.

Dont get Windows 8.1 cuz its slower then Windows 7 for gaming lock here http://youtu.be/eO7_xFToEAI windows 8.1 its only good for Battelfield 4 not for other games or older games i gat windows 7 and i play Battelfield 4 almost the same as if i had windows 8.1 but in other games windows 7 kik the ass of windows 8.1 so windows 7 is good or you can instal 2 windows 7 and 8.1 windows 7 for older games and new games and you can have windows 8.1 for battelfield 4 but 1 thing you need to know windows 8.1 uses more ram then windows 7 and 1 more thing to instal windows 8.1 you need a micosoft acount
