Both computers are good for your needs. If I were you I would go with the second:

Since it has a newer CPU (Even though its frequency is 100 MHz lower, but it has more technology).
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i7-4770K-vs-Intel-Core-i7-3820
The difference in DDR3 BUS frequencies (DDR3-1866 and DDR3-1600) is not that noticable when it comes to performance. (But can't you get the DDR3-1866 one for the second computer? I mean since its only 10$ more)
The only thing concerning me is the Samsung SSD in the second computer, I think they have bad reputation (Maybe that's why the Corsair SSD is more expensive even though the Samsung SSD got more capacity?)
I would just say they are both powerful and more than enough to play the latest games or do multiple hard tasks at once.
If money is an issue, why don't you go with AMD motherboard + CPU + GPU? There are AMD CPUs which have much higher benchmark scores and yet they are much cheaper, AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core for example. You also should check AMD HD Radeon 78xx series or the new AMD HD R9 series.
If you just want to stick to only those 2 computers, I would go with the second.
Best,
