This is my first pc build in forever so I hope I am just missing something. Appreciate any suggestions.
TLDR motherboard has hdmi dvi and VGA, but only VGA works, but looks off.
AMD a10-5800k
Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-HD2

Vga works, but seems a bit wonky. Text and images seem like the resolution is off, but all settings show correct resolution. Almost looks worse than right after fresh install of windows with no video driver.
HDMI and DVI do not work at all. Attempt to plug in display and no signal is found, and displays cannot be detected by windows. AMD Catalyst shows that there are 3 ports, but doesn’t say what they are, and device manager shows only vga. When I open bios it only shows on vga.
Weirdest part is performance tester says everything is normal, games like loadout show 50 fps at decent settings and lol at max but still looks terrible on screen.
Have tried complete format and reinstall of os, updating drivers for motherboard chipset both from website and disk provided with mb. Clean install of and software, installing in compatibility mode, installing 13.9 and 13.8 amd catalyst,
Just about to try percussive tuning.
