My computer have 2 fans one is cpu fan which spins 2009rpm (i looked at speedfan) and the sys fan which speed is 0rpm, and i looked at my computer box and saw that it spins but like not at max speed, like 20%, so how can i speed it up , because i cant play any game or watch some hd videos because my computer shuts down by it self. speedfan and afterburner doesnt work.

looking at computer box reveals nothing, at least not the percentage you state. if the sys fan is attached to molex you wont see the speed on softwares. you cannot speed it up without burning the motor because it is already running at 12V.

Alek,
Have you tried going to your bios, removing the smart fan feature and setting the fan speeds at 100%

Or maybe have you taken into consideration that your power supply unit may have degraded, got damaged during any physical process.

and afterburner is for your graphic cards,it controls the speed of the fan of your graphic card.

Power supply unit in dumbed down language is a machine that converts the raw electricity you recieve from your socket into computer friendly electricity. If the power supply unit does not provide efficiently it cannot provide enough computer friendly electricity to your components hence resulting in lower performance more heat generated.Thats the best I can do with you have little to no knowledge of power supply units. It's like the battery of a remote except it needs to be constantly charged and it needs to have sufficient amount of capability to turn the raw energy to computer friendly energy.

In my opinion your power supply unit is probably the one that came with the case which is NOT SUFFICIENT ENOUGh may I say to power all those component. And if the power supply unit dies it will take out the motherboard and maybe even the cpu so I really really recommend changing your power supply unit to a reputable one with enough amp to power up your whole system.

It's like hooking up 2 remote batteries to a real life car and hoping it works.Of course it's not going to work due to not being able to provide enough energy.
