So I've just been removing the dust from my Zotac GTX 570 Amp. After putting in back into my rack I'm experiencing following issue: as soon as I plug the HDMI cable no outputs will give me a signal (DVI also blank). With not HDMI cable plugged both DVI outs work perfectly fine. Since it's saturday evening and I don't have the options of trying another cable or another card, what's your guess? Did I break the cards HDMI out or just the cable?

It is very hard to say but it sounds like a cable as when it is plugged in it sounds like it is shorting the card out.
No way to truly tell until you get another cable to verify it with.
