Antenna Inquiry Guys

Solution
It will likely work it just will not be as efficient. Most times they use the same antenna for 2.4g and 5g wireless and the difference is only about 1db loss in one or the other for those small 5db antenna.

2100 is a licensed radio band and you are not technically allowed to modify the equipment. I assume this is for a cellphone or cell broadband. I never did figure out why they put antenna jacks on things you are not legally allowed to put antenna on. Just do no go crazy with antenna size and you likely be ok.

Thanks bro, I will actually use it for my Huawei 4g modem. Borrowed the antenna from my friend because I am getting no LTE signal in my place. The thing here is the antenna connector is bigger than the female plug. So before purchasing an adapter just trying to make sure that It'll work cause those adapters are overpriced here in my location.
