Install drivers before or after os install?

I have a GTX 770 and a M5A97 R2.0 and was wondering if I install the drivers before installing the os or after? Also if I should use the CD only, Website only or both to install drivers. I was also wondering if I should get windows 7 or windows 8, I will be doing modding on my games.

How would you install drivers before the operating system,
Can't be done.

I use the disk, then check for updates.
Some people never use the disk.


Win7 or 8 is a matter of taste.
When you are in a game of a program, you won't notice a difference, except win8 is a little faster.

The problem with 8, is nobody likes the new interface.
