Do I Have A Bad Motherboard?

I just built my computer last night. When we finished building it, we turned it on and the CPU and GPU fans started spinning. The problem is though, we couldn't get a display for the monitor. The cords we used to hook up the built PC to the monitor work perfectly, as I tested it out using my laptop prior to that. We tried every visual output, using both motherboard and graphics card and nothing.
Today, I had an idea. I just found the system speaker that came with my case and I plugged it into the proper slots. Two very very faint lights glowed on the speaker to indicate that it was on. I then unplugged both sticks of RAM and turned the computer on, hoping to hear a beep. I heard nothing. So I am getting no display and no beeping, I honestly think I have a faulty motherboard.
Here is a link to the motherboard: http://us.msi.com/product/mb/760GM-P21--FX-.html
Anyway. If it is indeed a bad motherboard, let me know. This is my first build so I am sorry if it is obvious that I am missing something.

first we need to know your pc components ( processor- ram- gpu - power supply - cooling system )

second give it a try from those tries I usually do :

check your cpu & its socket sometime Thermal Compound get melted or enter by mistake to the socket .
check your cpu fan it may be working but not enough to cpu same for gpu
try to put only one ram each time with different slot maybe some slot or the ram not working.
check your power supply connections check every pin some time one pin is burned or not working .
not with every brand in board sometimes removing the battery to boot from other device ( other than hard disk )
check if your power supply is enough for gpu

for the motherboard i can't tell about it for 2 reasons :
1- never used MSI motherboard
2- only GPU from MSI products what i saw in my country(egypt) and this also is a few time.
but it all depend for your other components also it depend too in what available for your budget and your local suppliers .

sorry for my english its my second language.
and hope it help you.

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Crypto6/saved/3w0N Here are a list of my computer parts I am using now. I did try all of your suggestions except for removing the battery. I was afraid I'd damage the motherboard if I did that. But yeah, I did try all of those other suggestions but nothing has changed. And you are good man. Thanks!
