when i turn on my pc it give CMOS wrong

Processor celeron d 347 if i remember
i changed the battery 6 time and in the next boot i found out the the battery is burned and change it ,so on and the board has just come from maintenance due to power problem it worked fine for 2 weeks after that that problem has shown up here's some photo may be something i missing before send it to maintenance again.
