My friend accidentally downloaded a virus that stopped him from opening a lot of programs and also stopped him from deleting process.
His Antiviruses were not picking up the virus, so he decided to Re-install windows.
However once he had done this he still couldn't end some processes. For example he cannot end the spotify.exe process even tho, it is not showing on the taskbar. Also the process does not have a description and the file location is in system 32. The same happens for a game called "Rust". However the i checked on my computer and rust did have a description and was located in steam apps
