I have a FX-6300 AMD CPU and I'm currently using the stock cooler. I have replaced the old thermal paste with some stuff I got at my local computer store its a silver based thermal paste. I have no OS installed but while in BIOS I am getting 38-40C° for my CPU temp. Is this normal and if not how can I fix it?
EDIT I have 2 exhaust fans one on top and one on the rear
