Any positive comments about this product? I am in the process of building my PC and last minute I decided to do water cooling instead of getting a CPU Cooler.

I have a few questions though, as I am new to water cooling. How often will I need to change the liquid in the Kraken? How long can it go without maintenance? Do I still need thermal compound to when installing this water cooling kit? I apologize for a lot of questions but I would really like to know what I am getting myself into lol..
If you have any extra advice involving maintenance, installation, etc., please tell me! It would only help!
