I am using windows 7 on an asus. I logged in recently and it told me the user profile service failed the logon. I tried a few things, the best seeming to be to go into safe mode, use cmd, then create a new user. I was told this was successful, so I restarted the computer. However, there was still only one user, and neither my old nor new password now work. Any suggestions?
