I'm building a gaming pc and probably gonna get a Radeon 7000 series GPU and I wanted to know if I had to get a processor WITHOUT graphics integrated. If you can use a gpu and g.i. cpu, are there any positive or negative consequences to that?

Yes you can. It sometimes can benefit on cheaper rigs with the work being taken off one a little. But in the end yes it is fine to do that.
