Hello,

I have a HP Envy Touchsmart m6-k022dx I bought it a month ago and it comes with a A10-5745M it goes up to 2.1 GHz and I want to know if I can upgrade my CPU to AMD A10-6800K? If not any cpus that run over 3.0 GHz that my laptop can use?

The A10-6800k is a Desktop CPU. You can not put them in a laptop. HP does not state what CPU's will work with that laptop so it might only support that CPU and nothing more. 3ghz is hard for a laptop APU because the chip has the video card per say on it as well, making it run vary warm, and the A10 is already a quad core, so that adds to the heat, so the cooling on that laptop could only be sufficient for that CPU only, put something stronger in you might run into problems with it overheating.

I don't own that laptop, so I can't not say for certain that a stronger CPU would work in it.
