Hey guys, just hoping for a bit of help with an issue with a system build.
I'm using an m5a99x evo rev1 and a fx4100, can't get the system to post at all. I've tried bread boarding, switching RAM, switching PSUs, installing parts one by one etc. No matter what that red cup led won't turn off.
Currently got nothing installed but the cpu, one stick of RAM and the power supply.
All parts were working a day ago, pulled the system apart to transfer the parts to a new case and throw in a gpu upgrade.
Only thing I can think of is that the CPU has died during the case transfer, had a look and there's no bent pins or paste on the underside.
Absolutely stumped, any help would be appreciated!
