Hi everyone

i've been looking to get a new graphics card for gaming and have decided i might as well get a r9 290x. but there are two that i have been looking at and i am really not sure which one to get. the ones i am talking about are the asus dc2 oc r9 290x and the sapphire tri-x oc r9 290x. please someone tell me which one i should get. which one is better? ive done some research but it is all very confusing. the temps on the sapphire card are lower and especially lower on the vrm's but does that really matter. what temps can these handle. will the asus be fine in terms of cooling? does the asus card outperform the sapphire card? please anything helps.

Quick note: where can i buy these things for good prices. newegg has listed the asus card at $750 and the sapphire card at $800. however amazon has the asus card at $600, but its out of stock. should i wait for it?

Oh ok you have a 8150 cpu. I would go with asus 290x. I love ll asus products and most of their products have amazing cooling

EDIT I dont think it will bottleneck, there is a chance but I highly doubt it. Like I stated before, the r9 gpu cards are really expensive when for the same price you can get the 780 which is actually cheaper and better then the r9 290x. THey are way cheaper then the 290x. They cost 500 bucks and they are better then the 290x like I have stated 5 times.lol
