Advice on case fans

Hello. I am having trouble wrapping my head around the idea of molex adapters, which I do have. I'll try to be as specific as possible and lay out a step by step "presentation", if you will, explaining what I am having troubles with.

Here you can see the 3 pin fan cable without an adapter. Above my cpu cooler which is out of view is a pwr fan connector. I won't be using this for my psu, so will this alone be enough to power my rear fan? I doubt it. How should I power it? I tend to overthink things, but I'm trying to wrap my head around many scenarios at once.

Secondly, here is a 3 pin to molex adapter. The cha_fan1 connector is next to my ram. Two questions here: 1. This particular connector on the mobo has four pins, yet my cable has 3. Will this still work? If so, my top fan which is connected to this cable will not have speed control. I do have a 4 pin to molex that came with my psu, but idk how to incorporate that.
2. Can all fan cables be connected via molex adapters and still be monitored by the mobo with only one fan plugged in to the mobo, or do they all have to be?

Here are two more cables. These are for the front two fans. Keeping in mind my questions from earlier here. The cha_fan2 and 3 are under the right corner of my lowest pciex16 slot.

Here is a cable that came with the case that I don't know what to do with. The instruction booklet doesn't mention this. (I don't really know about the sata looking one either)

And finally... That 4 pin to molex just because I can

OH! There is also the fan that is built into the sidepanel as well, so can't forget that.

i would try to use all the fan ports on the mobo first. they are all there for a reason, they will get sufficient power, psu willing. whatever doesnt fit in the mobo use the molex converter and connect it the psu. as a priority i would make sure the back exhaust and cpu fan are both connected through the mobo.
yes 3 pin fan will work in the 4 pin spot, the difference between 3 and 4 pin fans is the power to control the speeds more accurately (I think). CPU fans are generally 4 pins, they can take different speed states compared to a 3 pin (case fans) which have speed throttled through voltage being delivered to the FAN. the BIOS will control both anyways, or a program like speedfan will override BIOS settings. Connecting through a molex vs through the motherboard is fine, the only difference being fans connected through molex (straight to psu) it will run at full speed all the time

I already knew all of this though. My problem is that I don't how to do it... There are so many plugs and different kinds. I don't even know if I can just plug into the mobo and leave it, or if it needs to be plugged into the mobo AND the psu. Even if I knew that, i just don't know how I should plug them in... I'm on the brink of just calling quits on it. I'm a very impatient person.
