Ok, so I'm connected to the internet via a USB connection to my 3G mobile phone. I'm using Internet Connection Sharing via a USB Wifi adapter to share the internet with my housemate.
My problem is that I only get 3-4Mbit down, and would like to limit him to 1Mbit, is there any way to do this in Windows 7, I guess by limiting the Wifi adapter speed?
I've had a good try and am getting nowhere fast!
