You guys have been a huge help to me in the past, such as last year when I build my first PC(built 3 since then) so this is the first place I decided to come to to ask for help.
On the new computer I built for my father, we are having some problems with Windows Update. He is trying to update to Windows 7 SP1 (and some other update) and whenever we try, we get the following error codes:
800B0100
80073712
I have tried everything listed on the Microsoft support site. This includes SURT. Nothing has worked. He really, really needs these updates because some software I bought him for his birthday cannot be installed without a minimum of SP1.
