Very low profile Radiator + Fan

So for Christmas I decided to pick up a corsair graphite 230T, thinking it would be great for water cooling. When I received the case and after putting in all my components there was very little clearance to install a rad + fans. So I did some short research and found most people were putting their fans on the outside of the case, and I don't really like that idea. So I need someone to help me find a dual 120 or 140 water cooler where the rad + fan are only 38 mm at most. I am fine with buying and installing aftermarket fans to help lower the height.

thinnest fans I have personally come across are these

Now getting a 25mm thick rad would be a challenge and the fans due to the slim nature are not top performers.

An h100(or 100i, or any "slim rad") + those fans would be only 1mm too far, but again, I am not sure how well they perform in that case(used them on coolers with "acceptable" performance for me).

For custom water, I am not sure how thin of a rad you will find.

The Black Ice Steath GT's are the slimmest rads I know of.

NCIX had those on clearance for a while(30mm thick).

I also see some 25mm thick. That is slim.
