Hello I would kindly ask if anyone knows if the R7 260/X will bottlneck my FX4100? Ohh and should I get the R7 260 instead of the 260x because I am probably going to overclock and I am on a budget ;D Thanks for any help

Mantle and BF4: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/news/view/bf4-mantle-live/

The above is the best info I've found so far. As you can see there's a huge difference in scores, so you need to read most of this to understand where the improvements are coming from if you want to GUESS at how you'll improve.

Example:
25% improvement for an FX-8350 + HD7970

Of course, TWEAKING the game settings is still really important. If screen tearing isn't too bad, my advice is tweak to 45FPS average with VSYNC OFF.
It will VARY between games whether there is a bottleneck or not, but the 260X isn't even close to being a bottleneck in most (all?) games.

My advice is get the best graphics card you can afford. Even a GTX770 isn't going to be a bottleneck in many games.

The R7-260X isn't as fast as an HD7850: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/R9_280X_Direct_Cu_II_TOP/26.html

If you could manage to stretch to $223 then I'd recommend the Asus R9-270X:

Thank you, that will help me and what I find is that in the UK R9270x is stupidly expensive as so is the 7850! But this card can play most games on ultra without AA! BF4 here I come (Mantle!)

Just look at the BENCHMARK I linked above.

Based on that, an R9-270X should be roughtly 2x faster than an HD7770. That is going to VARY between games, but on average you should see DOUBLE the performance.

MANTLE:
The benefit in BF4 appears to be mainly for those where the CPU power is relatively poor. So YOU should see a bit of a boost, especially in areas that have really LOW frame rates due to CPU bottlenecking in Multiplayer.

It's hard to guess, but I think you might see a 20% boost on average and your LOW frame rates might be a lot higher (i.e. 10FPS to 25FPS). Again, it's an educated guess looking at some benchmarks with different hardware.
