I'm going to micro center in a few days to get a mother board cpu bundle with a 4770k

I'm thinking either this

http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.aspx?sku=614842

or this

here is my proposed build with what I might get and what I have already purchased.

I'm also thinking of getting a 16g ram set up instead and was wondering if this deal might be ok with that?

Solution
Get the Z87 Pro, Asus has the best handle on the Z87 chipset, OCs great, handles DRAM great, would also suggest looking at the GSkill Snipers for DRAM or better yet the Tridents

You wont get any better advice than from the Honourable
Tradesman San.
Avoid bundles, because the cpu is what it says on the tin and the rest is obviously inferior.
Also, if you want to lessen the risk of heartache later, dont buy Evga graphics cards.
These people (imho) have a long term agenda that isnt beneficial to customers.

The graphics card is already purchased. .

The micro center cpu mother board bundles seem hard to pass on for the price .... maybe I'll look to see if I can do better
