hi guys i am new here...i am not having much knowledge about computers...
So,i am having a pretty old pc with less than average specs i want to upgrade it..
I want to upgrade it by just replacing motherboard,processor and ram.Is this sufficient to upgrade my pc by these 3 things as i don't want to spend much money in that...
i want "Intel 3.06 GHz LGA 1156 Core i3-540 Processor"
my old pc specs are--
Operating system : Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU : Intel Pentium dual core E5400 @ 2.70GHz Wolfdale 45nm Technology
RAM : 2.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz (5-5-5-15)
Motherboard : Intel Corporation DG41RQ (J2E1)
Graphics : SMB2030 (1600x900@60Hz) Intel G41 Express Chipset (Intel)
Storage : 465GB Hitachi HDS721050CLA362 ATA Device (SATA)

Audio : Realtek High Definition Audio
