I never thought the hardest part would be the pc case. I want something below 100 and not a full tower but something smaller. preferably something easy, its my 1st time building.

How is the HAF XB EVO not rectangular shaped? :)
Anyway, I'm guessing you have a space under your desk that's sized for a mid tower case, or maybe a mini tower. Perhaps you could measure the space and provide the details. MicroATX mini towers tend to be cramped, so I don't think one is a good idea for a first time builder unless there isn't room for a mid tower. It has been over a year since I used a mid tower case, which was an Antec Three Hundred. You could get the newer Antec Three Hundred Two (mostly the same but adds front USB 3.0), but a more popular choice for your budget (assuming US dollars) according to pcpartpicker would be the Corsair 300R.
