BitFenix Shinobi, looks very clean and very spacious inside for it's size.
G.Skill Ares F3-1866C9D-8GAB 8GB DDR3
Silverstone Strider Plus 600W ST60F-P
MSI GeForce GTX 660 Ti OC 2GB (this thing is a beasttt)
Western Digital WD Green 1TB
ASRock Z77M Motherboard
Intel Core i5 3570
Silverstone Tundra TD03 120mm Water Cooling
windows 7 Professional
ANd if i were to include these items too:
ASUS VE278Q 27in Widescreen LED Monitor or a benq rts 24in (only including one screen. Benq will be at a cheaper price)
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick
Logitech G300 Gaming Mouse
Logitech G105 Gaming Keyboard
Corsair Vengeance MM200 Gaming Mouse Mat Wide
Logitech GT Driving force Wheel and pedals (900 degrees steering)

Best bet is look on Ebay for what the current selling prices are for that stuff USED is, then calculate it. With the extra Gamer's Hardware, should help drive it up, and being only a 'last year model' (i5 3570) you should still get somewhere around $500US. Reason for so 'low' is because the new buyer is getting it 'used', so there is no real guarantee as compared to a new system. A new System similiar built is only $100 or so more (not including the Gamer's Hardware). Your more likely make more money selling those separately then as a total bundle. Though I would love to take the LCD off your hands (120Hz isn't it?) but I am here in the US.

If I were to build that computer it would cost about $1000 - $1100
Monitor is $330 New
Joystick is $25 New
Mouse is $70 New
Keyboard is $50
Headset is $80 New
Mouse pad is $20 New
Wheel and pedals are $150 New

Sell the computer for $800 - $900 that hardware isn't worth what it's priced at now
