My system's case is a Elite 431. It is equipped with noctua heatsink and it barely fits. I wanted to put 2 120 mm fans in front and above it. It doesn't fit.

It looks like it can fit the heatsink and fans above and in front. What are other? My elite 430 is small and cramp and wires are all over the place.
Budget limit is around $60, $65 is pushing it.
I am also looking for a new board for <$100. My heatsink stands above my ram slots. It took up 3 slots.
