Network Adapter Driver issue after reinstalling Windows 7 Premium

I recently reinstalled a new windows 7 Premium OS from a disk, and now it is telling me I need to install a driver for my network adapter. The computer is a custom built desktop with an MSI 970A-G46 motherboard

Is it wireless (go to the manufacturer's site) or Ethernet (get that from the MSI's site)?

It is LAN, but as a side note, the computer I am using now is an older mac. Would the fact it's a mac cause an issue with downloading the files to transfer through usb?

No, just make sure you get the Windows drivers, it might default to Mac if the website recognizes your current computer as a Mac.
