Need help guys

Hi i got my Fx-6300 and my AsRock Fatality 990FX AM3+ today i installed everything i went to overclock the cpu from 3.7GHz to 4.3Ghz the computer fail and i have to restart the computer i did 1 more time the same think so my question is it the motherboard can handle the overclock should i return since i have 30 Days return thank you guys :)

Do you have an aftermarket cooler?
That MoBo should be able to handle it.

You raise voltages at all?
Also did you turn off all power saving settings?

yes i raised the voltages and all power saving settings off and im usen the laptop now cuz my pc keep crashing

Check your thermals and if they are o.k. then give it a little more...
Not sure of your methods but can you give us a little more detail as to how you went about it?
Have you gotten it stable at any clock?
Have you stress tested it?
Whats your temps?
You don't have a bad MoBo and chances are that it's limiting you from hitting 4.3 is slim...Suggesting a return may put you into the same situation you are in now with just a new mobo.
