Hi, sometimes it is a wrong password/wifi key or encryption WPA/WPA2 or WEP. I am not sure what device you have but you need to go into where the saved wireless networks are and remove your network, then reconnect it should ask for the key and save the proper setting automatically. In windows go to control panel/network and internet/manage wireless networks and remove there. On Apple devices in settings/wifi then tap on the blue arrow next to your network and tap forget. Then reconnect again, try this see it it works.
