Hi mate,
This site will probably be of some help:
http://www.displaylag.com/display-database/
Bare in Mind that you would have to test a TV you have at home or at a friends house to see what exactly is "low input lag" for "you".
Each person has a different input lag sensitivity so i suggest you get this right:
First, read tsome of this thread:
http://www.avsforum.com/t/1131464/input-lag-wars-post-your-input-lag-results-of-your-lcd-display-here-for-reference
They explain how best to check for input lag. Using thir system almost guarantees you to have a good sense of what input lag you noticce and wich you dont.
Second, search in the Database i posted up and look for models that are under the input lag that bothers you.
Finally, if possible, try to test a TV that has a low input lag to ensure that that amount of input lag is ok for you.
This way should narrow down all the 32 inch TVs that are good for you.
Happy hunting.
