That seems to be a good build,but for overclocking the 4670k you'll need a Z87 motherboard.
And yes you'll need a psu too and a hdd as well.

yeah i think it's not good and what about this build

is this good build and it also have a CPU cooler

That PC doesn't even have dedicated graphics. You cannot play a today's games at low let alone upcoming games at ultra.

What is your budget? Where will you be buying your parts from? What will you be using the PC for?

Be a specific as possible when asking for help!

MY Budget is 900$ last and i m buying it from buypakistan.com cauze i live in pakistan i m using this pc for good gaming
