So I recently built a new PC. I got everything up to date as far as drivers are concerned. I was excited to dive in to BF4 and get everything started. About 20 minutes into playing, my PC just shut off. As if someone pulled the plug out of the wall. To get it to come back on, I have to cycle the power switch on the Power Supply. I've searched on here for related problems. Some similar ones, but none of the solutions seem to solve my problems.

My specs:

MSI z87 G45
i7 4770k stock clocked with stock cooler as my water cooler didn't fit my case.
2x 8gb GSkill Aegis 1600 mhz
Asus GTX760 2gb
Samsung Pro 128gb SSD
Seagate 2tb HD
Corsair GS700 gaming PSU

Everything was purchased from Newegg within the last month.

Running temp monitors, CPU never gets above 55C and System Board never gets above 40C

I'm at a loss of what could be causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be your PSU that is giving you the problem. Better yet just to be sure try borrowing another PSU and have it test. Of course it could be something else like motherboard, overheat..etc.

GPU 2 GB right so on MAX out setting no but try lowing the setting BF4 is a big GPU game

try this make a gaming user do 1 screen and run nothing no tags, no Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Monitor, just maybe no icons, close every window before running the game and run the prersonalization in >High Contrast White<

temp is ok

What was your GPU temp? BF4 is huge on GPU, its entirely possible you maxed out the temp on your card and caused a thermal shutdown, which wouldn't register on CPU temps. I'd check Event Viewer in Windows - Administrative Tools, may offer a reason for the shutdown.

I figured it out. Turned out to be the Power Supply. It was interesting that I checked the power supply before installing it with a paperclip test and found it to be working. Then I noticed the LEDs weren't working so I pulled it out to realize the fan wasn't working anymore. Kinda scary to think I was using it for a week.

Thank you for your suggestions, as for a gtx 760 having trouble with BF4 on Ultra, It's been done easily.
